Types and Sizes

Square Hollow Pipes (SHS) are typically available in sizes ranging from 10mm x 10mm to 300mm x 300mm, with wall thicknesses varying between 0.5mm and 25mm. Standard lengths are generally 6 meters and 12 meters, though custom lengths can be produced upon request. Similarly, Rectangular Hollow Pipes (RHS) come in dimensions ranging from 10mm x 20mm to 300mm x 200mm, with the same range of wall thicknesses. These also come in standard lengths of 6 and 12 meters, with custom sizing available.

Material Grades

Square and rectangular hollow pipes are manufactured using a variety of steel grades to suit different applications. Mild Steel (MS) is commonly used for general-purpose structural needs due to its versatility. High Strength Low Alloy Steel (HSLA) offers superior strength and durability for demanding projects. Galvanized Steel is treated to resist corrosion, making it ideal for outdoor and harsh environments. These material options ensure reliable performance across construction, infrastructure, and industrial applications.

Manufacturing Process

Hot Rolled and Cold Rolled steel offer high strength, corrosion resistance, and versatility, making them ideal for construction, automotive, mechanical, and furniture applications. HR is formed by heating steel slabs, while CR provides a smoother finish with tighter tolerances. These materials are durable, cost-effective, and easy to fabricate through cutting, welding, and shaping. They conform to international standards like ASTM A500, EN 10219, and IS 4923, with certifications such as ISO 9001 and CE. Custom services include cut-to-length, surface finishing, and additional fabrication options.
